Fairy Flower Swap for LSH

Good evening my crafty gals!  I just made it in from a shopping trip to Hobby Lobby, Michael's, and Joann's!  I LOVE going in and checking out the sales, using my coupons, stocking up on things, and just enjoying myself.  HOWEVER, today I had 2 of my younger teenagers with me.  Unfortunately, these two beautiful gems HATE to do a ton of walking and shopping!  I have no clue why they even wanted to ride with me to town! Lucky for them, I was on a mission tonight! Tatter Time paper pack!  FINALLY I have one!  JoAnn's had 3 of the large packs left, on sale for $9.99 and I bought me the smaller pack too!  As if that wasn't lucky enough, the smaller pack rang up at regular price $9.99 instead of the sale price of $5.99, so they gave it to me for $4.99!!!  LOVE IT!!  Can't wait to create some beautiful pages with it, but for now, I can't stop staring at it and touching all the pages.  :o)  LOL!

Well, on to what I came to blog about tonight! My Fairy Flowers!!! This swap on LSH was for our groups to make flowers in a fairy theme.  Now, I have just recently started making homemade flowers.  I think these are my best yet!  What do ya'll think?

I used CTMH card stock in Colonial White for the bottom 2 layers, Recollections gold shimmer card stock from Michael's along with some vintage music sheets I bought from http://www.etsy.com/shop/thelostrooms for the smaller layers. When the flower was complete, I sprayed it with Lindy's Stamp Gang Starburst sprays in Tiffany's Blue and Creme Brulee Cream. Video soon to come of exactly how I made these flowers!

The tag came from a bag of goodies I bought from a
local Trade Days! They are K&Co tags.  I love them
but can't seem to find them in stores anywhere! I
stamped each tag with Lindy's Stamp Gang Starburst
in Red Hot Poker Orange and then sprayed with
my the Starburst colors Cadbury Milk Chocolate and
Bells of Ireland Green.
I embellished my flowers with ribbon, some bling in the center, and some beaded floral pins that I made.  Attached everything to a leaf that I sprayed with my Lindy's Stamp Gang Starburst spray in Bells of Ireland Green.  I just love my Lindy's products!

Thanks for stopping in!

God bless you and your families!
